Residential and commercial window washing

Window Washing With a Clear Pane-by-Pane Scope

Clean glass can brighten a home, improve a storefront and sharpen the presentation of a managed property. Safe Clean LLC provides residential and commercial window washing across Rhode Island after the window count, access, height, glass condition and requested detail work are reviewed.

Interior glass, exterior glass, screens, tracks, frames, sills, skylights and post-construction residue are not automatically the same scope. We identify which sides and components are included, call out access limitations and separate ordinary soil from hard-water deposits, paint, sealant, scratches or failed glass seals.

Transparent estimating

Window-washing estimate factors

Pane count is useful, but window style, height, access and requested detail work can change the labor significantly.

Window count and style

Single panes, divided lights, storms, skylights and specialty windows require different time.

Interior, exterior or both

The selected sides and whether screens, sills, frames or tracks are included define the checklist.

Height and access

Stories, slopes, landscaping, furniture, security and safe equipment positioning affect feasibility.

Glass condition

Hard-water deposits, paint, labels, sealant, construction residue and heavy buildup need advance review.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Have a condition that is not covered here? Send a photo before scheduling so it can be reviewed.

Do you wash both inside and outside?

Either side or both can be requested. The written scope should identify the included panes, sides, screens, frames, sills and tracks.

Are screens included?

Screens are included only when listed in the estimate. Count them and note torn, brittle or difficult-to-remove screens before service.

Can you remove hard-water spots, paint or construction residue?

Those conditions require advance review. Some deposits or residue need separate methods, may not be fully removable and can present scratch or damage risk.

Can you reach second-story or commercial windows?

Higher windows are reviewed individually for safe access, setbacks, ground conditions, traffic and equipment positioning. Some locations may be outside the service scope.

Do you offer recurring commercial window washing?

One-time and periodic schedules can be discussed after the glass, access, operating hours and service frequency are confirmed.
