Volume and weight are different.
A trailer can reach a safe weight limit with concrete, soil, plaster or roofing even when it is not visually full. Dense debris should be shown and described separately from household clutter.

Restricted or specialist material
Do not mix hazardous or unknown items into the load
Some materials require a licensed specialist, a municipal program or an approved disposal facility.
Paint, solvents and chemicals
Containers may be regulated, leaking or incompatible with ordinary disposal. Identify the exact product and condition first.
Fuel, propane and pressurized tanks
These can present fire or explosion hazards and require approved handling.
Asbestos or suspected asbestos
Do not disturb it. Testing, abatement and specially licensed disposal may be required.
Biohazardous or medical waste
Needles, bodily fluids, infectious material and certain medical waste require specialist protocols.
Ammunition, firearms and explosives
These are not ordinary junk. Contact the appropriate authority or qualified service.
Unknown, leaking or unlabeled containers
Do not move or open them. Share clear photos and any known history before service.
Immediate danger? If an item is actively leaking, smoking, reacting or creating a health or fire hazard, move away and contact the appropriate emergency authority. Do not handle it for a junk-removal estimate.

Can you take everything in one load?
It depends on volume, weight, item mix and safe hauling limits. Dense material may require a separate load even when there appears to be open space.
Do you remove items from inside the property?
Yes, for approved projects. Tell us about stairs, elevators, narrow doorways, long carries and anything that may need disassembly.
Can reusable items be donated?
Tell us if donation is important to you. Reuse depends on item condition, current organization acceptance policies, transportation and scheduling, so it cannot always be guaranteed.
What if I am not sure whether an item is accepted?
Send a clear photo and description or call (401) 227-7334. Do not combine an unknown or potentially hazardous item with the rest of the load.
