Cleaning between occupancies

Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning for a Cleaner Handoff

Moving already has enough deadlines. Safe Clean LLC provides transition cleaning after belongings are removed, giving renters, homeowners, buyers, sellers, and property professionals a clear checklist for the empty space.

We confirm the occupancy date, property condition, utilities, keys, and included surfaces before scheduling. Cleaning improves ordinary soil and buildup; it does not replace repairs or guarantee the return of a security deposit.

Send photos and identify appliances, cabinets, windows, and priority areas.

  3. 03

Arrange keys, parking, electricity, hot water, and building permissions.

  4. 04

    Clean and report exceptions

Complete the scope and identify damage or specialty conditions outside cleaning.

Transparent estimating

Move-cleaning price factors

Vacancy helps access, but condition and selected detail work still determine the time required.

Size and layout

Rooms, bathrooms, floors, stairs, and building access affect labor.

Condition

Grease, pet hair, residue, and deferred cleaning require more detailed work.

Appliance and cabinet interiors

Interior tasks are included only when selected and accessible.

Deadline

Closing, lease, elevator, and key-return windows shape scheduling.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Have a condition that is not covered here? Send a photo before scheduling so it can be reviewed.

Should the property be empty?

Vacant conditions provide the best access. Any remaining belongings should be removed or clearly identified before cleaning.

Does this guarantee my security deposit?

No. Deposit decisions belong to the landlord and can involve damage, rent, lease terms, and other issues beyond cleaning.

Can you remove leftover junk first?

Yes. Hauling can be scoped as a separate first phase so cleaning begins with clear surfaces.

Are appliance interiors included?

Only when listed in the approved checklist. Appliances should be emptied and safe to access.
