These terms govern your use of safeclean.services. They also provide general information about estimates and property services offered by Safe Clean LLC. A signed proposal, work order or other project agreement may contain additional or different terms. If a project agreement conflicts with this website page, the project agreement controls for that work.
1. Website information is general
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Service descriptions, availability, estimated timing, item-acceptance information and pricing factors may change based on project conditions, law, facility rules and business capacity. Nothing on the website guarantees that a particular material, location, date or project will be accepted.
2. Estimates and project scope
A website message, phone discussion or photo-based estimate is not a final contract unless expressly stated in writing. Estimates depend on the information provided. Final scope and price may change when actual volume, weight, material, access, labor, safety conditions or disposal requirements differ from the description or photos.
Before work begins, the customer should confirm what items and services are included. Added items or changed conditions may require a revised estimate or written approval.
3. Customer authority and property access
The person ordering service represents that they are an owner, tenant with appropriate authority, property manager, authorized agent or other person legally permitted to grant access and direct removal or cleaning. The customer is responsible for identifying items that must remain and for obtaining any needed owner, association, building or municipal permission.
Safe Clean may decline or stop work when access is unsafe, authority is disputed, conditions were not disclosed, or the project presents risks beyond the agreed scope.
4. Items selected for removal
Once the customer identifies an item for removal and Safe Clean takes possession, the item may be loaded, consolidated, transferred, recycled, donated or disposed of as appropriate. The customer is responsible for checking drawers, pockets, containers, devices and boxes for cash, documents, medication, jewelry, data, keys, keepsakes and anything intended to remain.
Do not include another person’s property without legal authority. Notify us before loading if an item was selected by mistake.
5. Prohibited and specially handled materials
Customers must disclose chemicals, liquids, fuel, propane, batteries, tires, refrigerant appliances, asbestos or suspected asbestos, biohazards, needles, firearms, ammunition, explosives, contaminated materials, unknown containers, unusually dense debris and other regulated or dangerous items. Safe Clean may refuse material or require a specialist, separate load, special packaging or adjusted price.
6. Site conditions and safety
Customers should provide a reasonably safe route to the work area, secure pets, disclose fragile finishes or hidden hazards, and identify building rules, elevators, parking restrictions or access codes. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, ordinary wear, concealed conditions or damage caused by inaccurate instructions, unsafe conditions or items that are structurally unsound.
7. Scheduling and delays
Appointment windows and completion estimates can be affected by traffic, weather, disposal-facility operations, equipment issues, job conditions and earlier projects. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material schedule changes. Website references to rapid or emergency availability are subject to capacity and do not guarantee a response time.
8. Cancellations, payment and project-specific terms
Cancellation, deposit, payment, late-fee, change-order and refund terms—when applicable—will be stated in the estimate, invoice, work order or other project document. Ask for clarification before approving service. Do not send payment-card or banking data through a website quote form.
9. Dumpster and dump-trailer rentals
Rental dates, included weight, delivery and pickup area, accepted material, payment terms and any additional-day or overweight charges are controlled by the approved rental agreement or quote. Published website prices are starting points and may vary with travel distance, material, placement, access, scheduling, facility charges, taxes if applicable and actual scale weight.
The customer is responsible for obtaining permission for the placement location, identifying surface or access concerns, keeping the trailer accessible for retrieval, loading only approved material and keeping material at or below the permitted loading level. Do not move the trailer, allow unauthorized use, overload it or add hazardous, regulated, liquid or undisclosed dense material. A delivery or pickup may be delayed, refused or rescheduled when placement, access, loading or site conditions are unsafe or outside the confirmed scope.
10. Interior and exterior cleaning limitations
Cleaning outcomes vary with surface age, staining, prior damage, material compatibility and access. Some stains, odors, discoloration, oxidation, organic growth, hard-water deposits, failed window seals, roof wear or deterioration may not be fully removable. Pressure washing is not appropriate for every surface, and high pressure is not assumed for roofing.
Roof and elevated-window work depends on material, pitch or height, weather, safe access, equipment positioning and surrounding property. Active roof leaks, structural concerns, brittle or loose materials, damaged glass, unsafe access or severe weather may require repair, a specialist, rescheduling or refusal of the affected work. Any specific method, included surfaces, glass sides, screens, frames, runoff controls and limitations should be documented in the approved scope.
11. Emergencies
The website and quote form are not monitored as emergency dispatch systems and are not substitutes for emergency services. For immediate fire, gas, chemical, electrical, medical, structural or other danger, leave the area and contact 911, the appropriate utility or qualified public authority.
12. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The website’s original text, branding, design and business-owned project images are protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal evaluation of our services. You may not scrape, copy, republish, impersonate, interfere with or misuse the website, forms or content.
13. Third-party links
Links to social, map, review or other third-party services are provided for convenience. We do not control their availability, content, security or terms.
14. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Safe Clean is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising only from website use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by Rhode Island law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them as the website, services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
